Legend has it that the first Brussels waffle was prepared in 1856 by Maximilien Consael, a young chef passionate about creating new recipes. Invented and prepared in the privacy of his kitchen, in the heart of Brussels, this waffle became famous throughout Belgium, carried along by the enthusiasm of his friends and family who tried it. It was enshrined in 1964, when it received the name "Belgian waffle" at the World's Fair in New York.
Our Brussels waffles are immediately frozen to preserve all their taste qualities.
Their packaging is always appropriate for the distribution modes of our customers,
ranging from the sleeve perfect for supermarkets to the box more suited to Food Service.
